Description
The front desk is more than just a workplace. It’s the hub of the hotel, the first point of contact, and often the place where the tone of a guest’s stay is set.
You welcome guests, guide them through their stay, and are there when questions arise—with an open ear, a clear head, and genuine warmth.
Whether in person or via email: you remain calm, friendly, and solution-oriented. A high volume of inquiries doesn’t throw you off balance—it motivates you.
You work in a structured manner, think proactively, and have a good sense of people. Because that’s exactly what it’s all about: not just knowing procedures, but understanding situations.

Requirements
Experience working at the front desk or with guests is a plus
Enjoy working with people
Structured, independent work style
An open, friendly demeanor—even during busy times
An intuitive understanding of guests and situations
Motivation to turn inquiries into positive experiences
Experience
1 year of professional experience
Language skills
English B2 (good intermediate level)
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Computer skills
Micros (Very good knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

Fixed-term contract
2200 € net / month
