Requirements
* Completed vocational training in business or tourism

Responsibilities: * Customer-focused guest reception and support • Processing daily reservation requests and correspondence • Ensuring a smooth flow of information during shift handoffs • Facilitating communication between the front office and other departments within the hotel • Supporting sales promotion initiatives
Experience
1 year of professional experience
Continuing education and training
Language skills
English C1 (advanced knowledge)
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Computer skills
Gastrodat (Good knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

Employment & Salary
Permanent contract
1800 € net / month
Higher pay is possible for qualified candidates. If you don't need a room, your earnings will be higher.
