We are currently looking for a qualified employee to join our company.

Requirements
You have completed your vocational training as a hospitality professional and have already gained experience working at the front desk. Are you a talented linguist who is fluent in both spoken and written German and English, as well as other languages? If you have a confident, professional demeanor and excellent manners, and if you are self-motivated, punctual, responsible, and reliable, then you’ll fit right in with our team!
Friendly reception and transfer of phone calls
Greeting and escorting customers or guests
Managing, copying, and filing documents
Processing and distributing daily incoming and outgoing mail
Retrieving or sending information via a computer or fax machine
Administrative tasks and organizing travel and appointments
Coordinating workflows at the front desk and procuring office supplies
Experience
1 year of professional experience
Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
