Requirements
Your Responsibilities:
• Providing a professional, personalized welcome and care for our hotel and day spa guests
• Coordinating and managing spa treatments
• Handling cash register duties and actively selling spa treatments and products
• Ensuring the well-being of spa guests
• Ensuring smooth operations in the spa area in accordance with our high quality standards
• General administrative tasks

Your profile:
• A positive and warm demeanor
• Strong interest in health and wellness
• Experience in the spa/wellness sector
• Good computer skills
• A service-oriented personality with strong teamwork skills
• Flexibility, strong communication skills, and organizational talent
• Very good German and English skills; French and other foreign languages are a plus
Experience
3 years of professional experience
Language skills
English B2 (good intermediate level)
German C1 (advanced knowledge)
Computer skills
MS Outlook (Good knowledge)
Fidelio (Good knowledge)
MS Excel (Good knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Employment & Salary
Permanent contract
1900 € net / month
Pay above the stated amount is possible depending on qualifications and experience
