Would you like to build something of your own professionally and first gain a thorough understanding of the role? We are looking for interested people from Rapperswil-Jona to sell digital solutions on a self-employed basis, working with motivation and assessing business opportunities realistically.
Your tasks
Your sales focus is Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You explore the concerns of different companies and identify suitable questions for conversations. During discussions, you ask them to explain their current situation and relate confirmed services to it. When uncertain, you seek clarification and carefully record agreements. Further follow-up takes place within the agreed and legally permitted limits of your self-employed sales work.
What you bring
You are confident using common digital tools and can record information in an organised way. When something is unclear, you ask questions instead of making unverified statements to your contacts.
Your development
An initial development step may be to explain confirmed services confidently and clearly. You can then focus on improving your follow-up questions, conversation structure and handling of unresolved issues.

Remote work here involves independent planning, digital coordination and reliable follow-up. We discuss which work locations are suitable for the collaboration before you start.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Illustrative calculation
Here is an example of how recurring commission can be calculated: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission multiplied by an assumed 60 euros per month would generate 18,000 euros in monthly commission turnover before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This result is not promised.
