Do you need a clear goal and want to organise your own steps? KI Master is looking for interested people from Köniz to work in digital sales on a self-employed basis, carefully identifying needs and clearly explaining approved offerings.
Your tasks
Your sales focus is Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You maintain an organised overview of your agreed sales activities and the status of each conversation. You record questions, requested responses and next steps so that information is not lost. You review your planning against actual results. You distinguish between your own activity, expressed interest and a customer relationship established by contract, rather than treating them as equivalent.

You want to build new knowledge and can identify your own limits. Taking a factual approach to feedback and communicating respectfully are important to you and come naturally.
Your development
As you gain experience, you can better assess which tasks suit you and which areas of knowledge you would like to develop further. Your further development depends on needs and agreement.
How you work
You plan your work from home and set yourself measurable milestones. Working arrangements and suitable contact times are agreed together.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Illustrative calculation
Example calculation: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission x an assumed 60 euros per month = 18,000 euros in monthly commission turnover before costs, taxes and social security contributions. The time needed to build the business, customers acquired and ongoing contracts determine the actual result.
