Would you like to build something of your own professionally and first gain a thorough understanding of the role? We are looking for interested people from Thun to sell digital solutions on a self-employed basis, working with motivation and assessing business opportunities realistically.
Your tasks
Your sales focus is Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You prepare for conversations by reading publicly available company information and using it to develop suitable questions. You check these assumptions during the discussion. You explain confirmed digital offerings in clear language and record the responses. If further information is required, you coordinate clarification with the relevant specialists and then agree on the next sales step with those involved.

You can set manageable goals and follow through on agreed next steps. You are willing to base your financial expectations on actual results and the agreed conditions.
Your development
An initial development step may be to explain confirmed services confidently and clearly. You can then focus on improving your follow-up questions, conversation structure and handling of unresolved issues.

Working from home gives you flexibility in how you organise your work. At the same time, preparation, agreed appointments and reliable follow-up are part of a professional working relationship.
Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.
Illustrative calculation
To illustrate the scale: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission at an assumed 30 euros per customer per month, before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This example says nothing about how many customers can be acquired.
