A clear conversation requires good questions and reliable information. We are looking for interested people from Biel/Bienne who would like to get started in digital sales on a self-employed basis, taking responsibility for their own preparation and work organisation.
Your tasks
The solutions you will sell are Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You listen to business enquiries and distinguish between a need for information and specific interest in an offering. You summarise the points discussed clearly and, where appropriate, arrange to follow up. When following up, you build on the actual conversation. You assess current needs and carefully prepare relevant information for further discussions.
What you bring
You want to understand and realistically assess self-employed work with results-based remuneration. You bring initiative, a willingness to learn and the ability to organise your own work.
Your development
You can measure your progress through specific skills instead of judging it solely by closing a sale. Realistic goals for preparation, understanding and a clear approach to conversations are helpful.
How you work
Your working day is organised digitally. The focus is on working from home and scheduled conversations; we agree on the specific time arrangements together.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Illustrative calculation
A purely hypothetical calculation: at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros and with 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission, monthly commission turnover would be 30,000 euros before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This is not a typical or guaranteed income.
