A clear conversation requires good questions and reliable information. We are looking for interested people from Lübeck who would like to get started in digital sales on a self-employed basis, taking responsibility for their own preparation and work organisation.
Your tasks
Your sales focus is Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You prepare for upcoming conversations by reviewing the results of the previous discussion and bringing together unresolved questions. You explain new information clearly and check whether the need still exists. If additional requirements arise, you coordinate clarification with the relevant specialists. You make only commitments that you are authorised to make and whose basis you actually know.

You want to build new knowledge and can identify your own limits. Taking a factual approach to feedback and communicating respectfully are important to you and come naturally.
Your development
You can learn to assess opportunities and outstanding matters requiring clarification more realistically. This allows you to develop your self-employed business with a better understanding of the role and your own business decisions.

Compensation
Your remuneration is performance-based and commission-based. You work on a self-employed basis, under the services and commission terms agreed in advance.
Illustrative calculation
A purely hypothetical calculation: at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros and with 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission, monthly commission turnover would be 30,000 euros before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This is not a typical or guaranteed income.
