Are you good at explaining things and keen to learn about digital topics? We are looking for people from Kiel to provide self-employed sales support, with an interest in needs-based conversations, clear agreements and independently organising their working day.
Your tasks
The solutions you will sell are Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You work on a clear explanation of the agreed offerings and check it against verified information. In doing so, you make sure to explain technical terms and listen patiently to questions. You collect feedback from conversations, seek clarification on outstanding points and adapt your future preparation based on what you have learned. This allows you to develop your conversational skills step by step through practical experience.

You want to communicate factually with people from different professional backgrounds. You can listen, summarise information clearly and make commitments only within your actually confirmed responsibilities and authority.
Your development
You can measure your progress through specific skills instead of judging it solely by closing a sale. Realistic goals for preparation, understanding and a clear approach to conversations are helpful.
How you work
This role is based on digital collaboration. You structure your work from home and follow through on the next steps agreed with your contacts.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Illustrative calculation
Here is an example of how recurring commission can be calculated: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission multiplied by an assumed 60 euros per month would generate 18,000 euros in monthly commission turnover before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This result is not promised.
