Starting in a new field begins with a realistic understanding of the role. We are looking for people from Lutherstadt Wittenberg interested in self-employed sales who would like to learn about digital offerings and independently prepare for relevant business conversations.
Your tasks
Your sales focus is Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You maintain an organised overview of your agreed sales activities and the status of each conversation. You record questions, requested responses and next steps so that information is not lost. You review your planning against actual results. You distinguish between your own activity, expressed interest and a customer relationship established by contract, rather than treating them as equivalent.

Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.
Illustrative calculation
Illustrative calculation, not an earnings forecast: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission turnover at an assumed 30 euros per customer per month, before costs, taxes and social security contributions. The customer count and commission rate are assumptions.
