Would you like to build something of your own professionally and first gain a thorough understanding of the role? We are looking for interested people from Bochum to sell digital solutions on a self-employed basis, working with motivation and assessing business opportunities realistically.
Your tasks
The solutions you will sell are Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You familiarise yourself with the approved information about the agreed offerings and record any outstanding questions. You then prepare business conversations with specific companies in mind. You ask about their needs, clearly explain confirmed features and services, and note the agreed next steps. Where you lack knowledge, you seek clarification before making a firm statement.

You can prepare your activities independently and respond constructively to feedback. A reliable working style and an interest in real business needs matter more here than contrived sales pitches.
Your development
An initial development step may be to explain confirmed services confidently and clearly. You can then focus on improving your follow-up questions, conversation structure and handling of unresolved issues.
How you work
You plan your work from home and set yourself measurable milestones. Working arrangements and suitable contact times are agreed together.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Illustrative calculation
As a hypothetical example, 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission at 100 euros per month per customer would generate 30,000 euros in monthly commission before costs, taxes and social security contributions. Neither this commission rate nor this number of customers is promised.
