A clear conversation requires good questions and reliable information. We are looking for interested people from Duisburg who would like to get started in digital sales on a self-employed basis, taking responsibility for their own preparation and work organisation.
Your tasks
Your sales focus is Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You prepare for upcoming conversations by reviewing the results of the previous discussion and bringing together unresolved questions. You explain new information clearly and check whether the need still exists. If additional requirements arise, you coordinate clarification with the relevant specialists. You make only commitments that you are authorised to make and whose basis you actually know.
What you bring
You are confident using common digital tools and can record information in an organised way. When something is unclear, you ask questions instead of making unverified statements to your contacts.
Your development
You can structure your initial learning into manageable steps, such as understanding the products, preparing for conversations and following up. The specific support available will be clarified together as part of the working relationship.
How you work
Working from home gives you flexibility in how you organise your work. At the same time, preparation, agreed appointments and reliable follow-up are part of a professional working relationship.
Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.
Illustrative calculation
Example calculation: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission x an assumed 60 euros per month = 18,000 euros in monthly commission turnover before costs, taxes and social security contributions. The time needed to build the business, customers acquired and ongoing contracts determine the actual result.
