Would you like to build something of your own professionally and first gain a thorough understanding of the role? We are looking for interested people from Hanau to sell digital solutions on a self-employed basis, working with motivation and assessing business opportunities realistically.
Your tasks
Your sales focus is Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You prepare for upcoming conversations by reviewing the results of the previous discussion and bringing together unresolved questions. You explain new information clearly and check whether the need still exists. If additional requirements arise, you coordinate clarification with the relevant specialists. You make only commitments that you are authorised to make and whose basis you actually know.

You can work independently and accept that not every conversation leads further. You respect a lack of interest and adapt your next steps to actual responses.
Your development
You can structure your initial learning into manageable steps, such as understanding the products, preparing for conversations and following up. The specific support available will be clarified together as part of the working relationship.

Working from home gives you flexibility in how you organise your work. At the same time, preparation, agreed appointments and reliable follow-up are part of a professional working relationship.
Compensation
This is self-employed sales work with results-based commission. No fixed monthly salary is provided; the remuneration terms are agreed before you start.
Illustrative calculation
A purely hypothetical calculation: at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros and with 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission, monthly commission turnover would be 30,000 euros before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This is not a typical or guaranteed income.
