Starting in a new field begins with a realistic understanding of the role. We are looking for people from Landshut interested in self-employed sales who would like to learn about digital offerings and independently prepare for relevant business conversations.
Your tasks
Your sales focus is Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You practise a clear conversation structure by separating concerns, follow-up questions and possible next steps. In actual conversations, you explain only services that are confirmed and fit the needs discussed. You refer unclear technical or contractual matters to the appropriate contacts. Afterwards, you record what information is missing and what arrangements were agreed for further coordination.

You want to communicate factually with people from different professional backgrounds. You can listen, summarise information clearly and make commitments only within your actually confirmed responsibilities and authority.
Your development
You can measure your progress through specific skills instead of judging it solely by closing a sale. Realistic goals for preparation, understanding and a clear approach to conversations are helpful.
How you work
Your working day is organised digitally. The focus is on working from home and scheduled conversations; we agree on the specific time arrangements together.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Illustrative calculation
Illustrative calculation, not an earnings forecast: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission turnover at an assumed 30 euros per customer per month, before costs, taxes and social security contributions. The customer count and commission rate are assumptions.
