Would you like to learn about digital sales and build a self-employed business? KI Master is looking for people from Augsburg who are interested in preparing carefully, communicating clearly and exploring a commission-based working relationship.
Your tasks
Your sales focus is Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You develop your own routine for research, preparation and follow-up. As part of this, you regularly check your explanations for clarity and factual accuracy. You evaluate feedback instead of looking solely at the number of conversations held. You use the resulting insights to plan future activities more precisely and have unresolved questions clarified by the appropriate contact.

You want to communicate factually with people from different professional backgrounds. You can listen, summarise information clearly and make commitments only within your actually confirmed responsibilities and authority.
Your development
You can structure your initial learning into manageable steps, such as understanding the products, preparing for conversations and following up. The specific support available will be clarified together as part of the working relationship.

Working from home gives you flexibility in how you organise your work. At the same time, preparation, agreed appointments and reliable follow-up are part of a professional working relationship.
Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.
Illustrative calculation
Illustrative calculation, not an earnings forecast: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission turnover at an assumed 30 euros per customer per month, before costs, taxes and social security contributions. The customer count and commission rate are assumptions.
