A sustainable customer base develops through relevant conversations and reliable work. We are looking for people from Schaffhausen to provide self-employed support in developing sales for digital offerings, assessing opportunities realistically and following up consistently.
Your tasks
You establish business contacts for Terminking and the AI telephone assistant and support the customer relationships that develop from them. You build contacts step by step and record which offerings could be relevant to each business. If there is further interest, you explain the approved features and services and organise the agreed follow-up discussions. You clarify outstanding questions and regularly assess which conversation approaches are appropriate to the subject matter of your self-employed work and provide a sound basis for further discussions.

You can translate longer-term goals into manageable activities and set your own priorities. This includes critically assessing the effort involved and aligning your expectations with actual business developments.
Your development
You can learn to assess your workload realistically and consider developments over a longer period. Actual completed sales and agreed commission terms remain the basis for every financial assessment.
How you work
We are looking for people who want to work independently from home. Before you start, we will clarify how the tasks, availability and work location fit together.
Compensation
Your remuneration is performance-based and commission-based. You work on a self-employed basis, under the services and commission terms agreed in advance.
Illustrative calculation
A non-binding numerical example: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed commission of 60 euros per month per customer, would generate 18,000 euros in monthly commission revenue before costs, taxes and social security contributions. What matters is the conditions actually agreed and fulfilled.
