Would you like to develop your own customer base in digital sales? KI Master is looking for interested people from Thun who would like to build contacts independently, identify needs and develop a long-term, commission-based working relationship on a self-employed basis.
Your tasks
You establish business contacts for Terminking and the AI telephone assistant and support the customer relationships that develop from them. You evaluate your sales activities and assess which groups of companies you can meaningfully approach with your knowledge. In doing so, you observe the agreed offerings and areas of responsibility. You adapt your preparation and follow-up based on what you learn. Your ongoing planning is based on actual feedback, the status of discussions and the next steps these indicate for building your customer base.

You want to work independently and can take responsibility for planning the development of customer relationships. Patience, careful follow-up and a realistic approach to financial expectations are important for this.

You can refine your own sales approach using real feedback. Verifiable goals for conversation preparation, suitable contacts and reliable follow-up on agreed steps provide a good starting point.

This self-employed role is intended to be carried out from home. Careful planning helps you combine customer conversations with preparation and follow-up.
Compensation
Your remuneration is performance-based and commission-based. You work on a self-employed basis, under the services and commission terms agreed in advance.
Illustrative calculation
For illustration only: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros per customer, would generate 30,000 euros in commission revenue per month before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This calculation replaces neither the work of building a customer base nor an individual earnings forecast.
