A sustainable customer base develops through relevant conversations and reliable work. We are looking for people from Winterthur to provide self-employed support in developing sales for digital offerings, assessing opportunities realistically and following up consistently.
Your tasks
You establish business contacts for Terminking and the AI telephone assistant and support the customer relationships that develop from them. You regularly review your contact overview and identify where information is outdated or further steps remain unclear. You update the status of discussions, agree on requested follow-up responses and prepare relevant information for the next exchange. This allows you to continue developing your sales activities independently, with a realistic view of active contacts, actual customer relationships and decisions still pending.

You can translate longer-term goals into manageable activities and set your own priorities. This includes critically assessing the effort involved and aligning your expectations with actual business developments.
Your development
One focus of your development could be improving your selection of suitable groups of companies. To do this, you can combine your professional interests, experience from conversations and actual needs within the scope of your agreed tasks.
How you work
Remote work here involves independent planning, digital coordination and reliable follow-up. We discuss which work locations are suitable for the collaboration before you start.
Compensation
You work on a self-employed, results-based commission basis. Before you start, we agree on which results entitle you to payment and how long recurring commissions will continue.
Illustrative calculation
Here is an example of how recurring commission can be calculated: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission multiplied by an assumed 60 euros per month would generate 18,000 euros in monthly commission turnover before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This result is not promised.
