Do you want to think about your sales work beyond individual conversations? For interested people from Eisenstadt, this involves independently building suitable customer relationships, organised follow-up and realistic planning on a performance-based remuneration basis.
Your tasks
You establish business contacts for Terminking and the AI telephone assistant and support the customer relationships that develop from them. You evaluate your sales activities and assess which groups of companies you can meaningfully approach with your knowledge. In doing so, you observe the agreed offerings and areas of responsibility. You adapt your preparation and follow-up based on what you learn. Your ongoing planning is based on actual feedback, the status of discussions and the next steps these indicate for building your customer base.

You keep information organised and recognise which next steps have actually been agreed. You can clearly distinguish between interest, outstanding questions and a confirmed business deal.
Your development
You can improve how you handle objections and use them to develop more precise questions. This helps you better understand when an offering is a good fit for a business.
How you work
This role is designed for working from home. You organise your work independently and coordinate any necessary conversation times with your business contacts.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Illustrative calculation
For illustration only: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros per customer, would generate 30,000 euros in commission revenue per month before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This calculation replaces neither the work of building a customer base nor an individual earnings forecast.
