Do you value working independently and want to take responsibility for developing your own sales activities? KI Master is looking for interested people from Görlitz to build a customer base for digital offerings on a commission basis.
Your tasks
You establish business contacts for Terminking and the AI telephone assistant and support the customer relationships that develop from them. You plan your agreed sales work through specific, verifiable activities. These include researching suitable companies, preparing needs assessment conversations and carrying out agreed follow-up. You compare effort with results and use this to define clear next steps. Where additional information would help, you obtain it and decide independently how to focus your work on current sales conversation opportunities.

You are interested in digital offerings and can explain their confirmed features and services clearly. When you lack information, you ask rather than inventing a convenient answer.

You can make more focused use of your strengths in conversation and organisation. Regular self-reflection helps you develop an independent working style and set realistic goals.
How you work

Compensation
The collaboration is on a self-employed basis, with remuneration through agreed results and commissions. The amounts, payment arrangements and eligibility requirements are established before you join.

Here is an example of how recurring commission can be calculated: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission multiplied by an assumed 60 euros per month would generate 18,000 euros in monthly commission turnover before costs, taxes and social security contributions.
