Do you combine initiative with a reliable working style? We are looking for people from Ludwigshafen am Rhein to help build sales on a self-employed basis, developing contacts with sound judgement and aligning financial expectations with actual results.
Your tasks
You establish business contacts for Terminking and the AI telephone assistant and support the customer relationships that develop from them. You observe which questions recur in your conversations and which obstacles delay a decision. You use this to improve your preparation and formulate clearer follow-up questions. Your role also includes carefully following up on agreed steps. You stay within the limits of the relevant product information and have unclarified claims checked before using them as a sales argument.

You are interested in digital offerings and can explain their confirmed features and services clearly. When you lack information, you ask rather than inventing a convenient answer.
Your development
As you gain a clearer overview, you can assess financial expectations more accurately and plan your efforts more deliberately. Actual results, contractual requirements and your own business decisions remain decisive.
How you work
You plan your work from home and set yourself measurable milestones. Working arrangements and suitable contact times are agreed together.
Compensation
You work on a self-employed, results-based commission basis. Before you start, we agree on which results entitle you to payment and how long recurring commissions will continue.
Illustrative calculation
For illustration only: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros per customer, would generate 30,000 euros in commission revenue per month before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This calculation replaces neither the work of building a customer base nor an individual earnings forecast.
