Initial contacts can develop into business relationships when needs and offerings align. We are looking for people from Leverkusen who want to take an independent approach to this process and organise their sales work clearly.
Your tasks
You build business contacts for Terminking and the AI telephone assistant and manage the customer relationships that develop from them. You maintain clear records of your contacts' business needs and provide agreed follow-ups. In subsequent discussions, you ask about changes where this falls within your agreed sales responsibilities. You pass specialist matters to the appropriate contact and distinguish between an open enquiry and a customer relationship that has actually been established by contract.

You want to work independently and can take responsibility for planning the development of customer relationships. Patience, careful follow-up and a realistic approach to financial expectations are important for this.
Your development
You can improve how you handle objections and use them to develop more precise questions. This helps you better understand when an offering is a good fit for a business.
How you work
Your working day is organised digitally. The focus is on working from home and scheduled conversations; we agree on the specific time arrangements together.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Illustrative calculation
The calculation is simple; building a customer base takes work: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission x an assumed 30 euros per month would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This does not establish an expected income.
