Would you like to develop your own customer base in digital sales? KI Master is looking for interested people from Hagen who would like to build contacts independently, identify needs and develop a long-term, commission-based working relationship on a self-employed basis.
Your tasks
You establish business contacts for Terminking and the AI telephone assistant and support the customer relationships that develop from them. You research suitable groups of companies and prepare clear conversation openers. During discussions, you ask about goals and existing processes instead of presenting every offering in the same way. If the needs align, you coordinate the next sales steps. After receiving feedback, you check whether further contact is welcome and keep your information up to date and clearly documented accordingly.

You can take responsibility for organising your own work and honour your business commitments. You bring initiative and an objective approach to feedback to the task of building a customer base.
Your development
You can make your follow-up more systematic, helping you overlook fewer outstanding discussion points. This helps you manage the development of your own customer base using clear information rather than assumptions.
How you work
This role is designed for working from home. You organise your work independently and coordinate any necessary conversation times with your business contacts.
Compensation
We are seeking a self-employed collaboration with commission for agreed results. Before you start, we clarify the scope of services, payment arrangements and any potential recurring commissions.
Illustrative calculation
A purely hypothetical calculation: at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros and with 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission, monthly commission turnover would be 30,000 euros before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This is not a typical or guaranteed income.
