Would you like to develop your own customer base in digital sales? KI Master is looking for interested people from Bochum who would like to build contacts independently, identify needs and develop a long-term, commission-based working relationship on a self-employed basis.
Your tasks
You establish business contacts for Terminking and the AI telephone assistant and support the customer relationships that develop from them. You evaluate your sales activities and assess which groups of companies you can meaningfully approach with your knowledge. In doing so, you observe the agreed offerings and areas of responsibility. You adapt your preparation and follow-up based on what you learn. Your ongoing planning is based on actual feedback, the status of discussions and the next steps these indicate for building your customer base.

You are interested in digital offerings and can explain their confirmed features and services clearly. When you lack information, you ask rather than inventing a convenient answer.
Your development
You can make your follow-up more systematic, helping you overlook fewer outstanding discussion points. This helps you manage the development of your own customer base using clear information rather than assumptions.
How you work
This role is designed for working from home. You organise your work independently and coordinate any necessary conversation times with your business contacts.
Compensation
You work on a self-employed, results-based commission basis. Before you start, we agree on which results entitle you to payment and how long recurring commissions will continue.
Illustrative calculation
Here is an example of how recurring commission can be calculated: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission multiplied by an assumed 60 euros per month would generate 18,000 euros in monthly commission turnover before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This result is not promised.
