Initial contacts can develop into business relationships when needs and offerings align. We are looking for people from Hannover who want to take an independent approach to this process and organise their sales work clearly.
Your tasks
You establish business contacts for Terminking and the AI telephone assistant and support the customer relationships that develop from them. You evaluate your sales activities and assess which groups of companies you can meaningfully approach with your knowledge. In doing so, you observe the agreed offerings and areas of responsibility. You adapt your preparation and follow-up based on what you learn. Your ongoing planning is based on actual feedback, the status of discussions and the next steps these indicate for building your customer base.

You are interested in digital offerings and can explain their confirmed features and services clearly. When you lack information, you ask rather than inventing a convenient answer.
Your development
As you gain experience, you can set priorities more effectively and distinguish promising discussions from mere curiosity. This makes your planning clearer, without guaranteeing any particular results.

Working from home gives you flexibility in how you organise your work. At the same time, preparation, agreed appointments and reliable follow-up are part of a professional working relationship.
Compensation
This is self-employed sales work with results-based commission. No fixed monthly salary is provided; the remuneration terms are agreed before you start.
Illustrative calculation
Example calculation: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission x an assumed 60 euros per month = 18,000 euros in monthly commission turnover before costs, taxes and social security contributions. The time needed to build the business, customers acquired and ongoing contracts determine the actual result.
