Persistence in sales also means setting the right priorities. We are looking for interested people from Gießen who want to independently develop a customer base for digital offerings and take conversation quality and reliability seriously.
Your tasks
You build business contacts for Terminking and the AI telephone assistant and manage the customer relationships that develop from them. You prepare the handover of interested contacts in line with the agreed process. To do this, you clearly summarise their needs, the information gathered so far and any outstanding questions. You then follow up on the next sales step. You agree on responsibilities and explain the next stages to the business so that further specialist clarification is based on complete information that everyone involved can understand.

You can take responsibility for organising your own work and honour your business commitments. You bring initiative and an objective approach to feedback to the task of building a customer base.
Your development
You can refine your own sales approach using real feedback. Verifiable goals for conversation preparation, suitable contacts and reliable follow-up on agreed steps provide a good starting point.
How you work
This role is designed for working from home. You organise your work independently and coordinate any necessary conversation times with your business contacts.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Illustrative calculation
For illustration only: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros per customer, would generate 30,000 euros in commission revenue per month before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This calculation replaces neither the work of building a customer base nor an individual earnings forecast.
