Persistence in sales also means setting the right priorities. We are looking for interested people from Frankfurt (Oder) who want to independently develop a customer base for digital offerings and take conversation quality and reliability seriously.
Your tasks
You establish business contacts for Terminking and the AI telephone assistant and support the customer relationships that develop from them. You evaluate your sales activities and assess which groups of companies you can meaningfully approach with your knowledge. In doing so, you observe the agreed offerings and areas of responsibility. You adapt your preparation and follow-up based on what you learn. Your ongoing planning is based on actual feedback, the status of discussions and the next steps these indicate for building your customer base.

You listen carefully and can identify shared interests without assuming that a business relationship exists. You understand that a customer base develops through suitable offerings and consistent work.
Your development
One focus of your development could be improving your selection of suitable groups of companies. To do this, you can combine your professional interests, experience from conversations and actual needs within the scope of your agreed tasks.

Remote work here involves independent planning, digital coordination and reliable follow-up. We discuss which work locations are suitable for the collaboration before you start.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Illustrative calculation
Illustrative calculation, not an earnings forecast: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission turnover at an assumed 30 euros per customer per month, before costs, taxes and social security contributions. The customer count and commission rate are assumptions.
