Would you like to put your communication skills to use in an independent role? We are seeking people from Luzern interested in providing initial sales consultations that take business contacts seriously and clearly connect digital offerings with their actual needs.
Your tasks
Your focus areas are Terminking for digital appointment management, Jobvelio and the AI telephone assistant. You present information in a way that makes business decisions easier. To do this, you distinguish between confirmed features and services, questions that still need clarification and possible next steps. You summarise conversations clearly, follow through on agreed responses and ask whether the proposed solution meets the business's needs. You make decisions about contractual terms only within the agreed scope.
What you bring
You want to speak with business contacts across different industries as equals and follow up reliably. You respect their preferred contact methods and accept a lack of interest without applying further pressure.
Your development
You can learn to assess opportunities more realistically and plan your time accordingly. This includes clearly distinguishing between interest, a concrete willingness to act and requirements that have yet to be met.
How you work
This self-employed role is intended to be carried out from home. Careful planning helps you combine customer conversations with preparation and follow-up.
Compensation
Your remuneration is performance-based and commission-based. You work on a self-employed basis, under the services and commission terms agreed in advance.
Illustrative calculation
Illustrative calculation, not an earnings forecast: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission turnover at an assumed 30 euros per customer per month, before costs, taxes and social security contributions. The customer count and commission rate are assumptions.
