Do you combine an interest in digital topics with a willingness to listen to businesses? If you are from Basel, you can apply to provide initial consultations on a self-employed basis and develop suitable opportunities for conversations through agreed sales activities.
Your tasks
Your focus areas are Terminking for digital appointment management, Jobvelio and the AI telephone assistant. You explain the next agreed step to interested parties and summarise the information needed for it. You base recommendations on the needs discussed and the confirmed features and services. You coordinate further sales discussions and prepare unresolved specialist questions for the appropriate contacts. You document conversation outcomes clearly and completely for further handling.

You are willing to distinguish between questions about appointments, recruitment and telephone processes. What matters is your understanding of business needs and your willingness to address gaps in your knowledge.
Your development
Your own professional goals give your self-employed work direction. You can translate them into measurable steps for preparation, conversation quality and follow-up, and review your progress regularly.
How you work
This role is based on digital collaboration. You structure your work from home and follow through on the next steps agreed with your contacts.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Illustrative calculation
For illustration only: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros per customer, would generate 30,000 euros in commission revenue per month before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This calculation replaces neither the work of building a customer base nor an individual earnings forecast.
