Businesses choosing digital offerings need clarity about how to use them. We are looking for people from Biel/Bienne interested in self-employed sales work who can understand business questions and explain confirmed features and services without exaggerated promises.
Your tasks
Your focus areas are Terminking for digital appointment management, Jobvelio and the AI telephone assistant. You research companies using clear business criteria and develop an organised list of potential contacts. Contact is made only through legally permitted channels. During the conversation, you establish the relevance to the particular business, ask about specific needs and document whether further dialogue would be useful and is wanted by the person contacted.
What you bring
You want to work on a self-employed, commission-based basis and can plan your activities independently. Managing expectations realistically matters to you just as much as having a persuasive conversation.

Your own professional goals give your self-employed work direction. You can translate them into measurable steps for preparation, conversation quality and follow-up, and review your progress regularly.

Compensation
The collaboration is on a self-employed basis, with remuneration through agreed results and commissions. The amounts, payment arrangements and eligibility requirements are established before you join.
Illustrative calculation
As a hypothetical example, 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission at 100 euros per month per customer would generate 30,000 euros in monthly commission before costs, taxes and social security contributions. Neither this commission rate nor this number of customers is promised.
