Would you like to help businesses navigate different digital offerings? KI Master is looking for people from Uster who want to conduct needs assessments independently and develop a potential commission-based collaboration.
Your tasks
Your focus areas are Terminking for digital appointment management, Jobvelio and the AI telephone assistant. You prepare for conversations independently and document the key points clearly afterwards. You record business goals, unresolved objections and the agreed next contact. In a subsequent conversation, you draw on this information and explain the questions that have since been clarified. This keeps your sales work aligned with each company's needs and easy for everyone involved to follow.
What you bring
You can manage your own time and follow up as agreed. You take an interest in the person you are speaking with and want to persuade through clear questions and easy-to-understand language.
Your development
As you gain experience, you can better recognise what information a company needs to make its decision. This also includes ruling out unsuitable approaches early and explaining why.
How you work
This role is designed for working from home. You organise your work independently and coordinate any necessary conversation times with your business contacts.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Illustrative calculation
Illustrative calculation, not an earnings forecast: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission turnover at an assumed 30 euros per customer per month, before costs, taxes and social security contributions. The customer count and commission rate are assumptions.
