Would you like to put your communication skills to use in an independent role? We are seeking people from Erfurt interested in providing initial sales consultations that take business contacts seriously and clearly connect digital offerings with their actual needs.
Your tasks
Your focus areas are Terminking for digital appointment management, Jobvelio and the AI telephone assistant. For each conversation, you assess which offering might be relevant at all. A staffing issue requires a different approach from a concern about appointments or telephone availability. You therefore ask targeted follow-up questions, explain only relevant and confirmed features and services, and arrange further clarification whenever additional expertise or binding decisions are required.

You want to speak with business contacts across different industries as equals and follow up reliably. You respect their preferred contact methods and accept a lack of interest without applying further pressure.
Your development
Better preparation for conversations is a useful next step in your development. You can collect recurring questions, check suitable answers and use them to make your own sales work more focused and reliable.
How you work
This role can be carried out from home. You need a reliable digital working environment and a clear system for organising your contacts.
Compensation
This is self-employed sales work with results-based commission. No fixed monthly salary is provided; the remuneration terms are agreed before you start.
Illustrative calculation
For illustration only: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros per customer, would generate 30,000 euros in commission revenue per month before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This calculation replaces neither the work of building a customer base nor an individual earnings forecast.
