A persuasive conversation connects needs with suitable features and services. We are seeking applicants from Lübeck to provide self-employed support, clearly putting Terminking, Jobvelio and the AI telephone assistant into context using approved information.
Your tasks
You prepare for conversations independently and document the key points clearly afterwards. You record business objectives, outstanding objections and the next agreed contact. In subsequent conversations, you refer back to this information and explain the questions that have since been resolved. This keeps your sales work focused on each company's needs and easy for everyone involved to follow.
What you bring
You are interested in digital offerings and check information before passing it on. You can recognise the limits of a statement and identify open questions without evasion.
Your development
Your own professional goals give your self-employed work direction. You can translate them into measurable steps for preparation, conversation quality and follow-up, and review your progress regularly.
How you work
This role is designed for working from home. You organise your work independently and coordinate any necessary conversation times with your business contacts.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Illustrative calculation
As a hypothetical example, 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission at 100 euros per month per customer would generate 30,000 euros in monthly commission before costs, taxes and social security contributions. Neither this commission rate nor this number of customers is promised.
