Would you like to help businesses navigate different digital offerings? KI Master is looking for people from Görlitz who want to conduct needs assessments independently and develop a potential commission-based collaboration.
Your tasks
Your focus areas are Terminking for digital appointment management, Jobvelio and the AI telephone assistant. You collect recurring questions from your conversations and prepare them for specialist clarification. This can lead to clearer explanations and better-structured conversations. With each new contact, you assess individual needs and add the company's specific circumstances to your preparation. You use the insights gained to ask more precise questions and coordinate further discussions reliably.

You are willing to distinguish between questions about appointments, recruitment and telephone processes. What matters is your understanding of business needs and your willingness to address gaps in your knowledge.
Your development
Your own professional goals give your self-employed work direction. You can translate them into measurable steps for preparation, conversation quality and follow-up, and review your progress regularly.
How you work
Your working day is organised digitally. The focus is on working from home and scheduled conversations; we agree on the specific time arrangements together.
Compensation
You work on a self-employed, results-based commission basis. Before you start, we agree on which results entitle you to payment and how long recurring commissions will continue.
Illustrative calculation
For illustration only: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros per customer, would generate 30,000 euros in commission revenue per month before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This calculation replaces neither the work of building a customer base nor an individual earnings forecast.
