A clear next step is often more helpful than a lengthy presentation. For initial sales consultations, we are looking for people from Bochum who work independently and give well-reasoned recommendations for digital offerings rather than blanket recommendations.
Your tasks
Your focus areas are Terminking for digital appointment management, Jobvelio and the AI telephone assistant. You conduct structured needs assessments and record which problem should be addressed first. Instead of listing numerous features, you explain how a confirmed feature or service relates to the specific workflow. You review outstanding questions with the relevant contacts and agree on a clear next step, provided both sides remain interested.
What you bring
You listen attentively, ask clear follow-up questions and can put technical topics into easy-to-understand language. Careful preparation and reliably honouring agreements are also important.
Your development
Your own professional goals give your self-employed work direction. You can translate them into measurable steps for preparation, conversation quality and follow-up, and review your progress regularly.
How you work
We are looking for people who want to work independently from home. Before you start, we will clarify how the tasks, availability and work location fit together.
Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.
Illustrative calculation
For illustration only: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros per customer, would generate 30,000 euros in commission revenue per month before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This calculation replaces neither the work of building a customer base nor an individual earnings forecast.
