A persuasive conversation connects needs with suitable features and services. We are seeking applicants from Ulm to provide self-employed support, clearly putting Terminking, Jobvelio and the AI telephone assistant into context using approved information.
Your tasks
You conduct structured needs assessments and record which problem should be solved first. Instead of listing numerous features, you explain how a confirmed feature or service relates to the specific workflow. You review open questions with the appropriate contacts and agree on a clear next step, provided both sides remain interested.

You are willing to distinguish between questions about appointments, recruitment and telephone processes. What matters is your understanding of business needs and your willingness to address gaps in your knowledge.

You can expand your knowledge of different business processes and put information into clearer context. Clear responsibilities and well-documented conversation outcomes help you feel more confident about your next tasks.
How you work
This role is based on digital collaboration. You structure your work from home and follow through on the next steps agreed with your contacts.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Illustrative calculation
Example calculation: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission x an assumed 60 euros per month = 18,000 euros in monthly commission turnover before costs, taxes and social security contributions. The time needed to build the business, customers acquired and ongoing contracts determine the actual result.
