Are you interested in people, companies and clear agreements? In this self-employed role based in Chur, you help initiate recruitment partnerships and establish whether a more in-depth discussion with a company would be useful.
Your tasks
During the initial contact, you explain the proposed discussion process and explore interest in working together. You gather questions, clarify responsibilities and prepare a possible next discussion. Any existing recruitment need is recorded together with its current status. The person responsible then receives a clear summary so they can discuss the services and requirements of a recruitment partnership with the company in concrete terms.
What you bring
You bring strong communication skills and an interest in staffing matters. Experience in recruitment or sales can help; what matters most is a careful approach, supported statements and clear responsibilities.

Compensation
