Your tasks
You prepare potential partnership discussions by asking about the specific reason and desired scope. You provide the person responsible with an organised basis for discussing a potential recruitment partnership in concrete terms.
What you bring
You can familiarise yourself with different business situations and recognise how things connect. You use targeted follow-up questions to clarify missing details and clearly organise the available information for further conversations.
Your development
You can develop a more precise understanding of how a recruitment partnership is initiated. In doing so, you learn to distinguish step by step between needs, responsibilities and the stage reached in the decision-making process.
How you work
We are looking for people who want to work independently from home. Before you start, we will clarify how the tasks, availability and work location fit together.
Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.
Commission basis
