Your tasks
You initiate conversations through permitted contact channels with companies interested in exploring a recruitment partnership. You explain your assignment and identify the appropriate contact person. You explore the staffing issues the company is dealing with and whether it would welcome a more detailed discussion. Afterwards, you clearly summarise the specific reason for the conversation, the current status and the agreed next steps.

You can explain a potential partnership clearly and carefully record its current status. You help prepare for binding decisions by providing clear information and an organised handover to the person responsible.

You can focus your personal development on specific communication goals: introducing yourself clearly, asking open questions, summarising clearly and reliably keeping your commitments. This makes progress in your day-to-day work tangible.
How you work

Compensation
