Would you like to bring companies and recruitment services together through a clear initial conversation? Based in Biel/Bienne, you can work on a self-employed basis to initiate potential partnerships, clarify responsibilities and carefully record interest in a focused discussion.
Your tasks
You ask questions about staffing needs in a way that allows a company to describe its own situation. You ask what prompted its interest in a partnership and how far any potential recruitment search has already been agreed internally. You organise the answers for a further discussion. In doing so, you treat business information confidentially and prepare it for the person responsible within the agreed scope.
What you bring
You clearly explain the reason for making contact and respond attentively to questions. You respect the decisions of the people you speak with and make firm arrangements for suitable next steps.
Your development
Thoughtful follow-up can help you improve how you organise your self-employed work. You learn to follow up reliably on agreed contacts and assess the effort involved in relation to the progress made in discussions.

Compensation
You work on a self-employed, results-based commission basis. Before you start, we agree on which results entitle you to payment and how long recurring commissions will continue.
