Are you interested in people, companies and clear agreements? In this self-employed role based in Bern, you help initiate recruitment partnerships and establish whether a more in-depth discussion with a company would be useful.
Your tasks
During the conversation, you explore whether the company is seeking initial guidance or considering a specific assignment. You prepare the appropriate next step accordingly and summarise the topics the company would like to explore further. You ask about the relevant decision-makers and the current status of any recruitment search. This creates a clear basis for the next conversation about a potential recruitment services partnership.
