Your tasks
You help ensure that an initial contact can lead to a follow-up conversation with the relevant information prepared. To do this, you record the reason for the conversation, the person responsible and the information needs expressed. Where a recruitment assignment is being considered, you explore the role being sought and the stage reached in the internal decision-making process. You organise the results so that the person responsible can discuss the scope of a potential recruitment services partnership in concrete terms.

You handle conversation outcomes conscientiously and can prioritise your tasks. Reliable preparation, factual notes and a realistic assessment of the status of each discussion support your daily work.

Compensation
This is self-employed sales work with results-based commission. No fixed monthly salary is provided; the remuneration terms are agreed before you start.
