A company does not always want to commission a recruitment search immediately. Can you respect that distinction while still asking helpful questions? We are looking for self-employed people from Eisenstadt to initiate discussions about recruitment partnerships.
Your tasks
You ask questions about staffing needs in a way that allows a company to describe its own situation. You ask what prompted its interest in a partnership and how far any potential recruitment search has already been agreed internally. You organise the answers for a further discussion. In doing so, you treat business information confidentially and prepare it for the person responsible within the agreed scope.
What you bring
You can familiarise yourself with different business situations and recognise how things connect. You use targeted follow-up questions to clarify missing details and clearly organise the available information for further conversations.
Your development
You can strengthen your ability to summarise precisely. A good result means that the person responsible quickly understands the reason for the conversation, the outstanding questions and the desired next step.
How you work
Your working day is organised digitally. The focus is on working from home and scheduled conversations; we agree on the specific time arrangements together.
Compensation
You work on a self-employed, results-based commission basis. Before you start, we agree on which results entitle you to payment and how long recurring commissions will continue.
Commission basis
Your contribution consists of solid business contacts and specifically agreed referral services. Payment is based on the agreed successful outcome; free platform features do not generate any promised follow-on commission.
