Good recruitment starts with a clearly defined assignment. Would you like to help with this first step? We are looking for self-employed people from Feldkirch to speak with companies about their actual staffing issues and prepare partnership discussions.
Your tasks
You prepare potential partnership discussions by asking about the specific reason and desired scope. Does a company initially want information, a discussion about a single recruitment search or to explore a broader partnership? You clearly record these distinctions and organise the next discussion. You provide the person responsible with an organised basis for discussing a potential recruitment partnership in concrete terms.
What you bring
You respect confidential company information and keep data use to a minimum. Before personal information is shared, you pay attention to its purpose, necessity and the appropriate basis required for sharing it.
Your development
The role can broaden your knowledge of recruitment services from a company's perspective. You explore which questions should be answered before working together and who needs to be involved.
How you work
Remote work here involves independent planning, digital coordination and reliable follow-up. We discuss which work locations are suitable for the collaboration before you start.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Commission basis
We explicitly agree which recruitment or business acquisition activities will be remunerated. No ongoing customer commission is promised for free Jobvelio features.
