A company does not always want to commission a recruitment search immediately. Can you respect that distinction while still asking helpful questions? We are looking for self-employed people from Villach to initiate discussions about recruitment partnerships.
Your tasks
You research companies and business contact options for a potential recruitment partnership. When approaching them, you explain your assignment and clarify who is responsible for staffing matters. If there is interest, you ask them to describe how they would like to proceed and prepare a well-informed handover. You carefully document the contact details and conversation outcomes needed for this, in line with the agreed purpose.
What you bring
You have a confident command of German for business conversations and short summaries. You use digital tools to keep agreed responses and outstanding points clearly visible and organised.

Compensation
The collaboration is on a self-employed basis, with remuneration through agreed results and commissions. The amounts, payment arrangements and eligibility requirements are established before you join.
Commission basis
