Would you like to take responsibility for preparing your conversations and organising your work? Based in Hallein, you can work on a self-employed basis to support initial company contacts, clarify potential partnership needs and prepare further discussions with the people responsible.
Your tasks
You organise follow-up activities for discussions about potential partnerships. This includes a brief summary of the reason discussed, outstanding questions and the agreed next contact. You check on the current status and follow through on agreed responses. Where there is definite interest, you prepare a discussion with the person responsible so that those involved can discuss the potential recruitment partnership in a focused way.
What you bring
You can explain a potential partnership clearly and carefully record its current status. You help prepare for binding decisions by providing clear information and an organised handover to the person responsible.
Your development
You can develop a more precise understanding of how a recruitment partnership is initiated. In doing so, you learn to distinguish step by step between needs, responsibilities and the stage reached in the decision-making process.
How you work
We are looking for people who want to work independently from home. Before you start, we will clarify how the tasks, availability and work location fit together.
Compensation
This is self-employed sales work with results-based commission. No fixed monthly salary is provided; the remuneration terms are agreed before you start.
Commission basis
We explicitly agree which recruitment or business acquisition activities will be remunerated. No ongoing customer commission is promised for free Jobvelio features.
