Can you listen attentively and turn an unresolved topic into an organised next step? We are looking for self-employed people from Schwaz who initiate recruitment partnerships objectively and do not assume that unconfirmed recruitment assignments exist.
Your tasks
You approach companies about a potential recruitment partnership and explore their current situation. You ask about existing processes, upcoming staffing issues and expectations of external support. You record the information relevant to the discussion concisely and carefully. You then clarify with your contact which topics should be explored in more depth during a follow-up conversation with the person responsible.
What you bring
You bring strong communication skills and an interest in staffing matters. Experience in recruitment or sales can help; what matters most is a careful approach, supported statements and clear responsibilities.
Your development
You can learn to assess business interest realistically and respect decisions that are still pending. This supports a reliable approach that clarifies expectations early and avoids inappropriate promises.
How you work
Working from home gives you flexibility in how you organise your work. At the same time, preparation, agreed appointments and reliable follow-up are part of a professional working relationship.
Compensation
Your remuneration is performance-based and commission-based. You work on a self-employed basis, under the services and commission terms agreed in advance.
Commission basis
