Would you like to combine a personal career goal with a practical communication role? We are looking for people from Innsbruck to initiate recruitment partnerships on a self-employed basis, communicate transparently and summarise conversation outcomes precisely.
Your tasks
Your contribution is to establish the initial, structured contact between companies and a recruitment agency. You clearly explain the reason for the contact, ask about interest and identify the appropriate contacts. When a staffing need is mentioned, you clarify its status and the role being sought through specific follow-up questions. For the next discussion, you prepare confirmed information, outstanding questions and a jointly agreed next step.
What you bring
You have a confident command of German for business conversations and short summaries. You use digital tools to keep agreed responses and outstanding points clearly visible and organised.
Your development
Thoughtful follow-up can help you improve how you organise your self-employed work. You learn to follow up reliably on agreed contacts and assess the effort involved in relation to the progress made in discussions.
How you work
This role can be carried out from home. You need a reliable digital working environment and a clear system for organising your contacts.
Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.
Commission basis
