A good recruitment conversation requires more than assuming that every company is looking for staff. Would you like to take a closer look? We are looking for self-employed people from Steyr to objectively explore specific partnership opportunities with companies.
Your tasks
You help ensure that an initial contact can lead to a follow-up conversation with the relevant information prepared. To do this, you record the reason for the conversation, the person responsible and the information needs expressed. Where a recruitment assignment is being considered, you explore the role being sought and the stage reached in the internal decision-making process. You organise the results so that the person responsible can discuss the scope of a potential recruitment services partnership in concrete terms.
What you bring
You can explain a potential partnership clearly and carefully record its current status. You help prepare for binding decisions by providing clear information and an organised handover to the person responsible.
Your development
The role allows you to practise preparing conversations for different business situations. You can assess which questions provide clarity and when a discussion with a specialist has been meaningfully prepared.
How you work
Working from home gives you flexibility in how you organise your work. At the same time, preparation, agreed appointments and reliable follow-up are part of a professional working relationship.
Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.
Commission basis
For this role, commission depends on the specific referral or cooperation service agreed. Free use of the platform alone does not entitle you to a monthly customer commission.
